On Sunday afternoon, the Livingston Education Foundation held its 10th Annual Four for Four Fun Run to Benefit the Livingston School District at Park High School in Livingston. The four-mile run helps the Livingston Education Foundation provide grants for teachers within the Livingston School District.
The race has been held for the past decade and took off for the Covid year, but it has been a very popular run for the past few years. On Sunday, 50 runners/walkers toed the starting line at McLeod Field (Park High’s track) and began the race that traverses past four schools: Park High, East Side Elementary School, Sleeping Giant Middle School, and Winans Primary School. The race started and finished at Park High.

Unlike last year, the runners were met with spring-like weather, making them happy that they didn’t have to wear parkas to keep warm!
12-year-old Reed Evje was the overall winner, holding off Anne Penn Cox (Special Program Director for Livingston School District), Megan Tingley, and Maranda Lee by about 100 meters.
