Gardiner’s Colter Lumley has earned the highest honor a Boy Scout of America can receive: Eagle Scout. He joins 11 boys who have achieved such a high honor among Boy Scout Troop 551 in Gardiner since the Troop began in 1984.

To be eligible for the Eagle Scout award, candidates must earn at least 21 merit badges, 14 of which are mandatory.…
